SAE Penn Delta has been a leader in student life since its inception at Gettysburg College in 1883.  As the first fraternity north of the Mason Dixon Line, one can imagine the responsibility the first members had during those tumultuous post-civil war times.

Students at Gettysburg College have a choice of many fraternities and sororities as Greek life is a prominent part of the college experience. SAE students can expect to experience an environment of achievement in academics, community service, social skills, athletics to name a few. SAE students will become part of something very special.


Parents of Gettysburg College SAE young men are a critical part of the foundation. Certainly SAE has its share of legacy brothers, but each parent will experience a spirit of transparency in mission throughout the entire brotherhood process.

SAE alumni are leaders on campus for all students in career pursuit.  Bi-annual workshops are led by prominent SAE alumni spanning 7 decades.  Students can learn from our doctors, lawyers, educators, engineers, and entrepreneurs, to name a few.
